About the role
An excellent career opportunity has now become available in our Auckland Branch for a Service Administrator. In this role you will assist the Service Manager and the rest of the Service Team, by providing a high level of customer service and administration support.
Key duties and responsibilities of the position include:
- Work order processing and invoicing
- Receipting invoices, and follow up as required
- Reconcile maintenance contract invoicing monthly
- Attend telephone queries, redirecting where appropriate or taking messages and obtaining background information if possible/necessary in a pleasant and professional manner, ensuing that callers are treated in a fair, prompt and courteous manner
- Assist the service team to maintain quality in service processes
- Ensure that all service invoices are checked, matched, coded, approved and receipted into the ERA system and maintain copy of all files for the departments
- Participating in special projects and other duties as required by the Service Manager
- Assist in liaising with other departments to ensure smooth progress of sales through facility

Skills and experience
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Knowledge of general office procedures with a minimum of 2 years' clerical and administration experience
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel)
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to communicate information in a positive manner, i.e. clear, logical, helpful, prompt, to both clients and fellow employees
- Ability to operate efficiently and accurately, office equipment such as, but not limited to: PC and Telephone System
- High level of professionalism and respected member of a team.
- Experience using the ERA system is desirable.
