Company, Location and Hours
This organisation is a large well known facilities organisation who support large corporate sites across NZ.
You will be based onsite with one of their largest clients on the North Shore, which is within minutes of the major city/shore bus route and the motorway.
This role is starting immediately and will be a short term role for approx. 4 - 6 weeks working standard business hours.
Role
You will be responsible for the mapping of all the front of house and facilities functions for this new, large, multi-functional head office which operates heavily with technology.
- Gathering information from the front of house teams
- Analysing and current process feedback and best practice
- Creating a manual from scratch within brand guidelines
- Formatting, layout and data creation
About you
- Previous project, facilities or senior administration experience
- Advanced technical and MS suite skills
- Proactive with strong initiative
