Barworks Hospitality Group is serving up the best of New Zealand and the world at their new bars and cafés. The Gipsy Moth is located in the domestic terminal, and Glamp Grounds is located at the international terminal. We are seeking an experienced Administrator at each establishment.
As our Administration and Sales Support, you’ll have worked hard to get to here, and your previous hospitality skills will help you succeed in this role. You will be available to fill this role Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 2:30 pm. The potential for more hours will be available. You will have a firm understanding of the employment relations act, and previous experience in business administration will be beneficial.
The main purpose of the Admin & Sales Support role is to organise and control the office systems and processes at that particular venue, ensuring they are meeting company standards. Overall this will involve general business & function administration, as well as sales support, recruitment support, staff administration bookings and customer relations for the venue.
