Multiple opportunities have become available to join the ANZ Partnership Team as a Customer Service Consultant within the Sales and Service division. This role is inbound contact centre based where you will support one of our key partners and their customers.

On a day to day to basis you will manage high volume of customer enquiries, take payments and make amendments to different policies. This is a busy contact centre that operates 7 days a week with extended hours from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and weekend hours of 9am – 5pm. There will also be 3.5 weeks of full-time paid training in early September.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving inbound calls from the ANZ Partnership (40-60 calls per day)
  • Providing exceptional customer service, assisting with their queries

Skills and experience

  • Understanding of general insurance
  • Relationship building, customer service and communication skills
  • Flexibility on the hours
  • Be able to juggle multiple tasks, and work on multiple systems
  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service or contact centre is ideal for this position.
