HR Administrator

Have you recently held or are currently in a HR position? We are on the hunt for professionals with both junior and senior administration experience for temporary HR Administration roles. If this sounds like you I would love to have a chat to you today!!
As an HR Administrator you will be required to:
• Prepare contracts and associated documents for new employees
• Create and upload job advertisements to the appropriate platforms
• Phone screening potential employees,
• Conduct reference checks
• Set up and conduct interviews
• Support team with Payroll
• Conduct inductions for new employees
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in HR or recruitment
• Broad knowledge of best practice human resources management
• Basic knowledge of New Zealand Employment Law
• Previous exposure to HR sector
• Strong Administration skills
• Attention to Detail
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• A real can-do attitude
