Your day will vary immensely and no one day is the same in Recruitment. Your day could include, but would not be limited to;

  • Administering candidates for interviews with Consultant
  • Writing job ads and posting on job sites
  • Assisting with reference checks
  • General office and operational functions
  • Becoming a database guru and updating candidate’s details as needed
  • Screening candidates and booking in for interview with consultants
  • Assisting with review writing and client liaison as necessary
  • Involvement in the psychometric assessment administration 

This is a great opportunity and being the face of the office you need to be personable and get to know our candidates and clients, being that point of contact for them when the Consultants are not available. You need to be resilient, efficient and have a high capacity in terms of volume of work you can handle whilst remaining calm. The role will evolve as you can handle more, being a small business the position encompasses a range of tasks which will ensure the day’s fly by.

Recruitment has a sense of urgency so we need you to work methodically, as well as being trusted to work autonomously. We do not take ourselves to seriously, so we like to see your personality come thorough in time. You have to be a team player working collaboratively with the team to place the right candidates in the right roles. 

You may have studied HR or Recruitment or have worked in a Sales environment before, or be looking for that next step in your career.  This is a contract role covering maternity, but with substantial growth on the horizon there will be other options. Training will be given for the right person, and you will be part of a wider Administration team that will provide that support and ear when you need.
