Bloxam Burnett & Olliver (BBO) is an employee-owned consulting firm of Engineers, Planners and Surveyors delivering civil infrastructure projects throughout Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Central North Island.   BBO is part of the Safe Roads Alliance with the NZ Transport Agency that is working hard to make New Zealand’s roads safer.

In support of the Safe Roads Alliance, we’re on the lookout for a highly organised person to administer the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and co-ordinate responses to customers queries and feedback.   This is a fixed-term position to cover parental leave to 30 June 2019 and would ideally suit someone looking for part-time work of 3-4 days a week. 

The Challenge

  • Administer the CRM system (Consultation Manager) for the Safe Roads Alliance.  This includes data entry and QA, analysing data and generating reports, and providing training and support to users.
  • Manage the Safe Roads email inbox and liaise with the NZ Transport Agency Contact Centre to receive and co-ordinate responses to Safe Roads related customer queries and feedback. 
  • Support communications and engagement activities including co-ordination of correspondence and events, weekly and monthly reporting, and the bi-annual engagement survey (through Survey Monkey).

Your Skills

  • Prior experience using CRM systems. 
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Enjoy working independently as well as engaging and communicating with others to creatively resolve problems.
  • Previous industry (ie., civil / road construction) experience will be highly regarded but is not a requirement.
