Our Client is New Zealand owned with over 900 employees nationwide. This role is based on Frontline Reception within vibrant Hamilton Central on a 6 month temporary part-time basis.
About the Role:
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, visitors, staff, contractors and service providers. At every touch point you will be aiming to deliver excellent customer service and assistance. You will also be providing administration support for the wider teams within the business. Other requirements of the role are booking meeting rooms, organising catering when needed, managing any office repairs or maintenance and procurement of office supplies, to name a few. You will be joining a great working environment with a supportive structure.
The hours of the role are Monday - Friday from 8am - 1pm and you will need to be available for a minimum of 6 months.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Have a confident, friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
