Customer and Service Coordinator required for busy growing North Shore business.  In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the company’s service technicians daily to ensure customer service standards are met and servicing is managed in line with contractual obligations.

This is an all-encompassing role that offers many challenges and requires you to be a person who likes to be kept busy while interfacing with many different people daily.  As such it is expected that you will have skills and experience in the following:

  • Managing the scheduling of Service Technician jobs including travel and accommodation throughout the country.
  • Coordinating and maintaining systems and documentation related to client servicing and enquires.
  • Management resolution of all client queries and issues, including end to end client communication. 
  • Ensuring that all customer enquiries and issues are recorded electronically in the client file (including emails and phone call summaries), to ensure maintenance history is accurate and visible.
  • Confirming all appropriate contractual and site-specific documentation is in place for sub-contractors before engaging them to undertake work.
  • Ensuring that all service agreements are signed and countersigned for domestic contracts, and promptly entered into Smart Trade and filed in the appropriate place.
  • Reviewing for accuracy, on a weekly basis, Technician timesheets, allowances, sick leave and other absences for the Operations Managers sign off, prior to payroll processing.

Ideally you will be either working in a similar role or have worked in a service type industry in the past.

To be considered for this role you must be legally able to work in New Zealand.
