Part Time Receptionist – Temporary Assignment
Are you confident, with great people skills and have an administrative background?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join a large government agency on the front line as their Receptionist.
- Temporary Part time working full days on July 19th, 20th, 27th and August 3rd.
- Training will be for a half day on the 18th July
- $22.00 per hour
- Wellington CBD
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting external visitors
- Managing reception and meeting room areas
- Dealing with all enquiries including phone and email
- Back up administrative support to the team
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Excellent interpersonal skills – CONFIDENCE!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people
This is an incredibly busy frontline role and an excellent opportunity to build on your reception skills. For the right person there could be opportunity for further temporary work with this client.
