The Opportunity:
 
We are looking for our next superstar Team Coordinator based in the Auckland CBD office on a permanent basis. This role is within the WorkAon division which is a leading NZ provider of injury services management.
 
Your main responsibilities will include processing of insurance claims, providing administrative support to the wider claims team, helping with work overflow and even simply ordering stationary. You’ll be an essential part of the team and this role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to develop your own personal and professional skills. 
 
if you are looking to upskill in administration and or continue to develop your existing administration skills then this role can provide the opportunities to do so. You will need to be proactive and provide the backbone to the wider from as the Team Coordinator.
 
The most important thing that will see you succeed in this role is having the right attitude and ability to pick up new skills quickly.
 
To be successful in the role you will display:

We are looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to work under pressure, who is self-motivated and willing to put their hand up when extra support is needed and someone who can cope with changing priorities whilst managing a high workload.

  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to pick up new systems and procedures quickly
  • Flexibility to be able to support the wider team with adhoc tasks as and when required
