Reporting to the Distribution Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer order processing and delivery, including preparation and processing of credits
  • Liaison with contract distribution warehouse
  • Assisting with pricing for finance e.g. testing to see if all prices calculate correctly
  • Ensure orders (local and export) are acquired and processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain professional customer relationships
  • Proactive sale and promotion of Boehringer Ingelheim products and services
  • Where necessary coordinate  delivery of customer orders in line with customer expectations
  • Work with Accounts Receivable Administrator to keep outstanding debtor levels at a minimum
  • Sales analysis and reporting as required
  • Stock reconciliations

Person Profile

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft  Office  suite of products
  • Experience with CRM programmes

Desirable Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Services Role
  • SAP experience
  • Business qualifications
