We have a new team starting within our amazing organisation’s Ellerslie office; selling a new payment method to tourism companies. This is a first for New Zealand and our partners are not operating with any other company's.

Full training is provided, however you must have strong business acumen and be willing to learn about new product information + be excited about something new and exciting

We have already sent information to our customers; this role will focus on following up with customers; selling the benefits of the system + educating them more on the product; then assisting them with signing up.

We have 4 x positions available and the role would suit someone who has an account management background, who have the ability to communicate and articulate new products and services to NZ customers.

This role will start late July / early August with an assessment centre on the 10th of July at 10 am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leaning about new products and services
  • Calling customers to sell and educate them on product details
  • Assisting customers completing registration forms
  • Educating customers on product and benefits
  • Self-managing time effectively on a daily basis to ensure set plan is achieved and on track
  • Preparing relevant marketing information for daily customer calls
  • Make required number of telephone calls per day
  • Communication with internal departments
  • Ongoing learning and self-development

  • Exceptionally strong communication skills with the ability to show every single customer the value that you represent.
  • Previous experience assisting customers complete documentation over the phone

  • Resilience, teamwork, pride in everything you do and with oodles of passion and enthusiasm!
