We are a growing coatings manufacturer based in West Auckland looking for a Customer Service/Office Support person to join our small office team. The role will include working with our sales and production teams to ensure fast and accurate fulfilment of customer orders, whilst supporting accounts and production.
Key responsibilities will include:
- General reception duties – taking phone calls, greeting customers and visitors
- Processing, tracking and invoicing sales orders
- Data entry including inventory management and price file maintenance
- Administrative support for finance, marketing and production
- General office duties
This role is anticipated to be fulltime, with some flexibility. The ideal candidate will be able to provide next level customer service, with excellent communication and people skills, and great attention to detail. Accounts and manufacturing administration experience would be an advantage.
