This is an excellent temporary opportunity for someone with at least 12 months clerical / office support experience. You will be available for an immediate start and able to work Monday - Friday for approximately 3 months.
This is a busy role, where work volumes are high so you must be able to learn quickly and stay focused on the task at hand. You will have great attention to detail and be able to work accurately and take pride in your work. It is essential that you are computer savvy with ability to quickly learn a new in-house system and ideally have some experience with MS Office products.
You will be able to follow strict systems and procedures and understand the importance of listening to instructions given to you. Just as importantly, you need to be confident to ask questions when needed and clarify if necessary. You will be able to work autonomously, put your head down and get on with your role.
All training will be provided and you will be in a supportive team environment. You will be reliable, punctual and have a professional "can-do" attitude.
