What will you be doing?
- Taking inbound calls from existing customers
- Assisting customers with their queries ranging from simple address changes through to complex changes to their plans
- Learning a lot about an exciting industry that offers many career opportunities, either within the Centre, or within the wider business
- Enjoying the fresh fruit delivered twice a week
- Getting involved with activities with your work colleagues - get active in their social club, join a sports team, attend on-site seminars to maximise the best opportunities available

Who should apply? We are looking for:
- Experience in a customer centric environment - your interactions go beyond just taking orders and cash, but include problem solving customer enquiries. This could be gained from retail, hospitality and reception / office admin
- Genuine interest in moving to an office based environment to build your career
- Availability and eligibility to commit to an employer for 18 months plus
