Personnel Resources / Temp Resources is a well-established Bay of Plenty based Recruitment Agency that specialise in placing candidates into Temporary, Contract and Permanent roles.
We are looking for a vibrant, professional, and experienced Customer Service Administrator who is able to hit the ground running in this full time (40hrs) 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
This is predominantly a customer service role dealing with inbound sales, product queries and entering sales orders therefore excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is imperative.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A confident telephone manner
- Great Microsoft office skills
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Superb data entry with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
