About the role
Along with other members of the support team, the role requires a smart, up for the challenge type of person with a good background in supporting an executive.
In this role, the rightful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in liasing, assisting and supporting a known successful entrepreneur.
To be successful in this role, one must have some experience in the following, but not limited to:
- Providing executive and secretarial support
- Diary management
- Producing briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Preparing for meetings with agendas, documentation and highlighting action points for the MD
- Carrying out background research for projects and present findings
- Escalate urgent info and highlight action points for MD's immediate attention
- Screen calls, emails and action requests appropriately.

Skills and experience
The perfect match would have at least:
- 2 years experience as personal assistant /executive assistant
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management, good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Be adaptable, able to work in a diverse, fast paced work environment
- Be able to handle sensitive situations and matters in a professional and tactful approach
- Able to build good working relationship across the board
