Waikato RiverCare Incorporated has an exciting part-time opportunity (2-3 days per week, with flexible hours) for a motivated administrator to join our small but committed team based in Hamilton.  If you have a background in administration, including funding applications, budget management and communication, and you are an organised self-starter with good people skills, then this could be the position for you.

You will provide administrative support to our committee, operations manager, website, sponsors, and the general public.  You will be responsible for organising committee meetings, taking meeting minutes, preparing reports and correspondence, keeping track of budgets and sponsorship timetables, as well as other administrative duties including updating our website and social media accounts.

This position requires excellent written communication skills, experience in project management, an understanding of financial reporting processes, skilled time management and planning/priority setting.
