As a Police communicator you will take a frontline role, you’ll be the first point of contact for people who need assistance in non-emergency situations, completing reports of historic crime where Police attendance isn’t required immediately and providing the public with information or connecting them to the right place.

This is not your average call centre, customer service role. Every call is different, so you need to be able to think on your feet and deal with anything that comes your way. There may even be times you’ll need to deal with critical events or emergency situations. Our training will ensure you have the knowledge, skills and support to respond to situations like this.
