Available positions

Due to business expansion and internal promotions, we are looking for more Customer Service and Administration superstars to join our vibrant, hardworking and friendly Operations Team.

The key focus of these roles is providing an outstanding level of service to our customers and processing background checks with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. This involves both inbound and outbound calls, email communication (both internal and external) and strict adherence to service level agreements and performance targets.

These are Fixed Term positions with a view to turn Permanent.

The hours for this position fall between 8.30am and 8.00pm, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster (Part-time (10am - 2pm/4pm - 8pm) and full-time positions available. 

The ideal candidate will:

- Be able to work effectively as part of a team

- Have an excellent phone manner and written / verbal communication skills

- Be able to pick up new tasks and processes quickly

- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability within the business

- Be computer literate and have experience using Microsoft Office – specifically Excel, Outlook and Word

- Be available to work NZ public holidays

- Have experience working in an office and/or administrative role.
