PlunketLine is seeking a bright and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of call for non-clinical phone calls. The successful candidate will also provide admin support as required. This is a fixed-term (six month), full-time position based in Wellington CBD, working 8.30am - 4.30pm.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- experience in a customer service or call centre role (a bonus)
- attention to detail
- the ability to be a quick learner
- a warm and welcoming telephone manner
- a positive attitude
- the drive to deliver great customer service to each caller
- computer literacy.
You will be a valued member of the PlunketLine team and be part of an organisation working to provide great services for our community.
