What's a great day at work for you?

If your perfect day includes creating amazing experiences for your customers, going the extra mile to surprise and delight them, and coming up with innovative solutions to their problems, you sound like someone we'd love to talk to!

Our client is a household name both in New Zealand and abroad, providing us with many of the essential items that we use in our everyday lives. We are currently seeking several Customer Experience Consultants for their inbound Contact Centre team, to assist customers at every stage of their journey. With outstanding communication skills and an ability to build quick rapport, these consultants will aim to provide each and every one of their customers with an effortlessly positive experience.

In order to provide a great service to customers both here and overseas, the Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As a result, there are various afternoon shift positions, making this opportunity perfect for fitting around family commitments. Your exact hours of work will be discussed during the interview/selection process.

If you are one of the people we are looking for, you will possess:

  • Strong customer service experience (not necessarily in a call/contact centre)
  • Exceptional attention to detail (you might be the stickler for grammar amongst your friends)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • High personal standards - you thrive on  knowing you're doing a good job
  • A resilient manner and an empathetic nature
  • The ability to think outside the square and solve challenging problems
  • A desire to constantly learn and improve
  • Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will require a reasonably flexible approach with regards to hours, but in return you will work for a positive and supportive company within which there are opportunities to progress.

Some extra perks to the role:

  • Free onsite parking
  • Superannuation scheme
  • Generous discounts for yourself, family and friends
  • Subsidised cafe onsite
  • 3 week, full-time training and onboarding process with ongoing support

If you pride yourself on being a champion of the customer and are excited about the scope that this role offers, then please follow the 'apply' prompts. Ideally you will be available for a late August intake.

Please note that you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand through citizenship or permanent residency to be considered.
