ABOUT THE ROLE

Well Established financial services company based in city fringe seek a bright and confident Inbound Customer Service person to join their supportive team for a 12 Month Contract. The primary focus of this role is taking inbound call from customers and providing excellent customer service. You will be given full training on products and support to grow in the role. The role is Monday - Friday - normal business hours.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Inbound customer service experience required
• Ideally you are available immediately! 
• Good attitude and hunger to learn
• Able to problem solve and work under pressure
• Reliable, hard working and positive attitude 
• Fast learner and good with computer systems 
• NZ Citizen or perm resident
• Clean criminal history and no credit defaults ideally
