The Role
Joining one of the biggest departments, your role as a Claim Approvals Consultant is to interact with members enquiries regarding eligibility for cover for medical treatment and procedures. You will be dealing with complex policies, for which you will be fully trained and have access to excellent tools and resources to help you provide assurance to members of their entitlements.
