The role
You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and emails while providing a high quality of customer service through fast and efficient response times. Providing accurate information to enquiries about services and products with a high degree of empathy will be your priority. This is a fast paced, high volume environment so expect your days to fly by!
The requirements
• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Natural problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Intermediate – advanced level of Microsoft Skills
