Here's what the role entails:

Primary Role:

  • Handling inbound after sales product issues and queries. 
  • Diagnosing issues and problem solving to make the product right for the client. 
  • Solution finding in a complex environment where there are no obvious solutions. 
  • Project managing repairs/ re-work involving the internal team or 3rd party contractors
  • Reporting issues through the continuous improvement system
  • Liaising with multiple parties to find a solution
  • Feeding back quality improvements to R&D based on customer feedback
  • KPI’s: Speed of resolution, client satisfaction, product feedback
  • Reporting and tracking product issue costs
  • Creating, and updating installation/ re-pair videos and articles

Secondary Tasks:

  • First Response to incoming calls
  • Maintain customer email enquiries
  • Customer Pricing and quotations.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries via phone.
  • Customer care calls to car dealers and other customers.
  • Aftersales follow up on phone & email.
  • Create quotes where required
  • Detailed product knowledge required, handle product specification and vehicle specific queries.
  • Email/Post Brochures & Photos to clients
  • Sales Support
  • Enter Sales orders.
  • Customer Database Maintenance
  • Work off and maintain internal systems

As you can see there is plenty to do - but if you have a growth mindset, this role will be satisfying and rewarding. 

What you will need to have: 

  • A commitment and a belief in continuous improvement. 
  • A positive outlook on all aspects of business, customers, team members/leaders alike. 
  • Ability to control emotions and deal with pressure. 
  • Understand the importants of helping customers with a solution and seeing it through to completion
  • All the usual stuff - Computer skills, etc.
