The Company

The Role
The shifts;
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 2.30pm – 9pm
- 32.5 hours per week
Our ideal candidate will be a savvy problem solver who can use wit, charm, friendliness and assertiveness to achieve positive outcomes. You will have a bit of a mischievous streak but also have a sense of drive to reach targets. A competitive spirit will put you in good stead. Being a sociable go-getter is what is required here! Building and maintaining relationships with your clients will be a breeze because you will have excellent customer relationship skills.
Duties
Key responsibilities will include:
- Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls
- Accurately approve and maintain loans within the desired timeframe
- Promptly and effectively communicate with customers to ensure customer retention
Skills & Experience
- Sales experience

- Ability to quickly learn systems and software
- Be driven in terms of numbers
- Use empathy and understanding towards customer’s circumstances
