Not your ordinary Customer Services role…SKOPE Industries have positioned themselves as a commercial refrigeration market leader by building on their proven history and continually developing new and innovative design solutions to meet the increasing demands of today’s commercial refrigeration needs. The facility in Christchurch, New Zealand is one of the largest design and innovation centres of its kind in Australasia.
If you enjoy working in a team, have a dynamic personality, experience in a similar Customer Services role and are great at providing solutions then we have the position for you.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Answering queries and resolving issues
- Following up on initial sales or service enquiries with internal and external customers.
- Maintaining and updating all databases as an accurate record of customer activities.
- Preparing customer quotations and providing them on the same day as requested.
- Be driven
- Have excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Have a vibrant and professional telephone manner
- Have sound computer skills particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Have a passion for providing outstanding Customer Service & Support.
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday. Hours will be between 8am and 8pm on a rostered basis.
