BV Medical Services has a team of Biomedical Engineers who work Nationwide. Our Penrose-based workshop undertakes repairs of all types of medical devices, for Resthomes and Medical Centres.
Our Customer Services position is key. We need an outstanding communicator who can be the voice of BV Medical. Our customers need to know when their medical device will be back to them, and be updated regularly.
The role is effectively a liaison between the workshop and the customer. It involves the receipt of items, logging them in our bespoke job costing system, and tracking them. After repair, you will update the job costing system for invoicing, and organise the return of the item. The workshop team are amazing - very customer focused and flexible. Together you can continue to grow our already strong reputation.
Its a busy role - we do lots of items per month. You are also answering the phone, packaging items for courier despatch, and organising urgent callouts. Attention to detail? Absolutely. This is a varied, exciting role in an enjoyable office environment. Our team of three admin staff all cover for each other at times, so flexibility is important.
