We are seeking a experience support officer to enjoy my clients friendly team.
Responsibilities in this role:
- Processing all domestic & international invoices
- Raise purchase orders for products & services
- Assisting the dispatch office with preparation of paperwork
- Assisting the inventory controller
- Ordering products
- Participation in stock takes & inventory stock checks
- Assisting the distribution team as required
To be successful:
- 2-3 years financial & Accounting skills
- Invoicing experience
- Intermediate to senior excel & work skills
- Industrial background
- Customer service & Warehouse experience
