The company
Reclaim is the largest privately owned supplier of recyclable resources in New Zealand. They help businesses achieve sustainability goals by collecting and reclaiming recyclable products from business waste-streams.
This role will report to the Transport Manager with responsibilities that include:
- Managing driver and truck allocation
- Liaising company-wide in regards to service issues
- Preparing monthly KPI reporting
- Managing transport administration through company reporting systems
- Managing insurance claims and contract renewals
- Being on-call to receive any driver issues
- Ensuring Health and Safety compliance
Key attributes you will have:
- 3+ years industry experience
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Desire to learn technical and logistical information
- Strong administration and reporting skills
- Intermediate Excel and Word proficiency
