Applicants must meet the following requirements:
 
•    A sound & proven education to year 13 or the equivalent
•    Have written & spoken English language competency.
•     A clean full NZ drivers license.

You must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, an eye for detail & a passion for doing things right first time. You will have high levels of energy and the ability to build good relationships with other people
 
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
 
•    Experience in air freight exports

 Key Functions:
Duties will include, but shall not be limited to the following:
•    Liaising with customers and airlines by phone, facsimile, e-mail and face to face, making bookings and confirming requirements.
•    Timely and accurate issuing of IATA air waybill and house air waybill, customs invoices, export entries, health certificates, customer billings and other export related documentation.
•    Correct completion of regulatory documentation to ensure that company regulatory systems are maintained at the highest level.
•    Completing company KPI measurements and shipment tracking.
•    Assisting management and customers with seasonal planning.
•    Assisting management and staff as requested.
 
Qualifications beneficial to the successful applicant
 
•    Customs PIN
•    IATA/FIATA Diploma
•    IATA Dangerous Goods Certificate
•    RACA authorisation
