Due to an internal move, we are now on the lookout for a Senior Lending Operations Lead to join our successful Lending Operations team in Wellington, and supporting our co-site team in Hastings.

Leading a great team of focused and driven people, you will take a lead role in driving ongoing development and process improvements to optimise the Lending Operations functions.

We're looking for someone who:

• has had previous people and team lead experience. You will also work closely with the other Lending Operations Leads to ensure capability and capacity across our wider team
• has previous Banking experience preferably, however not a pre-requisite
• is personable, approachable and empathetic
• uses common sense when it comes to problem solving, and can think quickly on their feet.

You'll be working across both retail and business banking, so strong relationship management skills are also a must. If you're proactive and able to handle pressure well, this could be the role for you.
