Hosking Trailers is a well-established business based in Albany. We are one of the most experienced and reputable boat trailer manufacturers in New Zealand. Our small team is passionate about producing quality work and enjoying what we do!
The position involves all aspects of manufacture of trailers, particularly boat trailers plus repair work and general engineering.
To be considered for the role you will have the following:
• Welding experience – mig
• Fabrication experience
• Ability to work from drawings
• Good engineering skill base and quality workmanship
• Mechanical knowledge and experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised & as part of a team
• Good timekeeping, friendly with a hardworking attitude
• Solid employment history with good references
• Physical fitness and agility, capable of heavy-lifting
• Good Health and Safety ethics
• Flexibility to work extra hours as required to get the job done.
Remuneration: negotiable
Hours are full time, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, plus Saturdays from September to December and possible overtime when required.
