About the business
No1 Blinds is Auckland's leading blind supply and installation specialist for residential and commercial customers.
About the role
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our manufacturing staff and ensuring that production deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for assisting to manage stock levels, managing and processing customer orders, ensuring that our machinery is maintained and ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- At least one year of previous relevant work experience
- Previous experience in the blind manufacturing or related industry would be preferred
- Knowledge of the blind manufacturing industry, manufacturing processes and relevant machinery
- Related tertiary qualification, in business, management or related field
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage and plan staff and manufacturing workloads
- Team player and an ability to work independently
- Able to demonstrate passion, drive and commitment to the role
