The key point of contact for allocated customers, you will be responsible for:
- Handling all customer enquiries, accepting and processing orders
- Handling any issues and assigning to appropriate functions
- Keeping informed of shipping/freight movements and proactively informing customers
- First point of contact for, and receipt of, customer claims
- Cross-selling other services and passing leads through to the Business Development Rep
- Sales support duties including preparing quotes and contracts, preparing sales reports, providing information and any other support required
- Are experienced in both freight and customer service (at least 2 years)
- Would enjoy an autonomous role, reporting in to an Auckland-based manager for guidance and support
- Possess high levels of integrity, motivation and service focus
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Are a planned and organised person
