ABOUT THE ROLE

Well established, NZ owned financial services organisation based in Newmarket, seek bright and driven resent Graduate to join their small, busy and successful team! They are looking for someone who is bright, hard working and ambitious and will provide ongoing support and training.

This role is Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm.

ONCE TRAINED YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Provide support for the new business processing of mortgage and insurance applications
• Support the Advisor team in delivering services to clients by creating and maintaining reports and documentation that comply with AMP and the FMA standards
• Prepare timely and accurate statements of advice
• Support Advisers in 6-monthly review of investment services
• Manage communication with clients
• Provide admin support for the insurance and mortgage functions of business

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant tertiary qualification - finance or Commerce degree
• Financial services experience advantageous 
• Articulate with high level of communication skills
• Report writing skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and able to pick systems up quickly
• NZ permanent resident or citizen
