The successful applicant will need to be technical / analytical focus, be able towork within established systems, standards, and procedures. You will need tohave an adaptable personality to communicate at all levels within the businessas your wide variety of knowledge in doing general maintenance will be animportant key in meeting expectations. The environment that you will be working in is fast pace, which will require you tobe the same. You will need to be authoritative, quick decision making withindefined span of control, focus on established systems and technologies and takeminimal risk. You willco-ordinate and be responsible for contractors which may require working along side them and managing a variety of activities at one time. The role is full time Monday to Friday however, we will require flexibility in the event of a serious break down / cleaning schedule which may require you to work after hours.
