Plumbing World Lunn Ave has a perfect opportunity available for someone who wants to step up and step into the shoes of Trade Sales Supervisor.
 
In your capacity of Trade Sales Supervisor, you will ensure the branch provides exceptional customer service to clients within the industry. This role requires an all-rounder who will be involved in all aspects of running the trade counter.
 
You’ll be a self-starter and work well within a team. This is a high-level customer service position that requires a person with strong leadership capabilities.
 
Reporting to the Branch Manager your role is to provide support to the branch manager and your team by assisting in the supervision of staff and dealing with all customer queries and sales procedures in a responsible and mature manner.
 
We are looking for someone with previous leadership experience, having managed or supervised a small team of individuals in the past with plumbing or trade experience.
 
As Trade Sales Supervisor with Plumbing World you will:

• Be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the Trade area
• Prioritise workload to ensure important projects are handled with urgency
• Provide strong customer service to trade accounts & offer advice when needed
• Build strong relationships with key clients and team members alike
• Lead by example, you will not only be operationally strong, and an inspiring leader, but able to demonstrate by your own service and sales ability
