Experience

  • Proven experience and success working within a commercial environment of 4+ years
  • A track record of managing and delivering successful end to end marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Innovative, strategic thinking and planning, sound commercial judgment and decision making
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle conflicting priorities professionally and cope effectively under pressure situations
  • Good initiative and flexibility and ability to proactively manage a range of situations.
  • High degree of accuracy in assessing/sending/preparing written materials for distribution

The preferred candidate will have:

A tertiary marketing qualification, honours degree in marketing favourable and 3-4 years’ experience within a medium to large business

Exceptional written communication skills, proven skills in copy writing and electronic presentations  

Proven marketing experience across all elements of the marketing mix, particularly communication, digital marketing and running large brand campaigns

Your responsibilities include:

  • General coordination and support for the marketing team across every aspect of the marketing mix – media, digital marketing, lead generation, PR and activation campaigns
  • Deliver tactical plans across Brother’s category portfolio
  • Continuously review and improve communication material both internal and external material
  • Liaise with category managers regarding the launch of any new products
  • Working alongside sales and external partners to ensure completion of deadlines and high execution of campaigns
