We have recently centralised our Customer & Marketing function bringing together customer and marketing-focused roles from across IAG NZ into one team. This will enable our highly motivated team to enhance its focus on delivering world-leading customer experiences through all IAG NZ's brands. Vital to the success of this team is the newly created Head of SME/Business Marketing.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to our Director of Customer & Marketing you will lead the delivery of the marketing strategy for our business and SME customers and our brokers. You will also have the opportunity to lead a team through a transformational change of how we go to market. You will take charge of managing the portfolio of customer value propositions and ownership of the brand strategy for NZI.
