About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Queenstown based Sales & Marketing team as Marketing Executive at our Bungy Headquarters in Frankton. We're looking for an experienced, dynamic, highly organised & proactive individual to help us ace our branding & marcoms!

As much as we like to have fun, a business focused attitude & professional outlook, along with on-point attention to detail & the ability to juggle projects without dropping the ball are key to success!

Key responsibilities include:

• Working on multiple projects & campaigns
• Taking ownership of a wide range of tactical marketing plans & initiatives
• Developing, delivering & managing all MARCOMS
• Supporting the Sales team & Digital Marketing Manager
• Acting as primary contact for media production companies & overseeing planning & production of media promotions & events across all Queenstown sites
• Managing collateral inventory
• Overseeing design, production & distribution of collateral, apparel, retail & signage for Auckland & Queenstown sites
• Managing sponsorship, prize & contra requests for the South Island
• Managing Mystery Shopper & Customer Experience programs
• Working with the Graphic Designer & Retail team to create on-brand products

Skills and experience

If you think you've got what it takes to be our next Marketing Executive, you'll need to be/have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant role
• Ability to coordinate & manage media productions, tradeshows, familiarisations & events
• Awareness of marketing trends & competitor markets
• Sound understanding of the design process; briefing, design, refinement & production
• Strong organisational & project management abilities; including delivery of projects to deadlines
• Previous Communications experience, preferred
• Resource management & distribution capabilities
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• To be creative, proactive & full of initiative & someone that doesn't think twice about fitting hard work & fun times into the same day!
• Eligibility to work in NZ

Previous experience in the tourism industry or with youth associated brands would be advantageous. A strong network of industry contacts would also be beneficial
