NOW is growing rapidly and we are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, based at the Head Office in Ahuriri, Napier. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Digital, you will be a key part of developing a highly effective marketing strategy and tactics to continue the successful growth of the NOW brand in both residential and business markets.
 
This position is a key role within the business, and you’ll need to be willing to challenge and be challenged, actively contribute to our growth mindset and lead by example. You’ll need to thrive on the challenge of competing as a unique smaller brand in an industry with traditionally established larger players, designing marketing experiences that punch above their weight.
 
Key elements of the role include:
 

• Leading the development of the annual marketing plan, and NOW’s community and sponsorship strategy, aligned to the marketing strategy and commercial objectives.
• Developing a best-in-class omni-channel customer experience to transform how NOW’s products and services are discovered, purchased, consumed and supported.
• Design and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns as part of the annual marketing plan
• Leading the communications plan for new products and services
• Developing a digital marketing capability, including digital channels, analytics and performance measurement
• Leading the on-going development of the NOW website

To be successful in this role you will have:
 

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in communications and brand
• 3+ years experience in digital channel development and digital campaign delivery, measurement and optimisation
• Proven track record in delivering a well-defined and executed marketing plan
• Experience in launching products and services to market though a customer-led experience framework
• Strong ability to uncover and apply customer insights to your communications approach
• Experience managing external agency relationships
• Experience in delivering a brand identity to market through exceptional design, copy-writing and communication methods
