We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and management of Nova’s digital products portfolio in what is a truly green fields area for the business.   
  
About the Role:

• Develop and lead Nova’s digital product strategy and business plan.
• Work with Nova’s digital, sales, marketing, pricing, legal, and retail teams to develop, test and launch all products to market.
• Create all product training and on-going support materials for the new products
• Work with the training team, key sales, marketing and retail services management to train front line employees.
• Develop and manage the reporting of all product portfolio KPI’s including sales and budget.

  
About You:

• More than 5 years’ experience in a product marketing role, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing and appropriate industry experience.
• Excellent marketing and communications skills to help develop and implement Nova telecommunications and digital products strategy.
• Advanced research and analysis skills, with the ability to convert analysis into insights and actionable plans.
• Strong project, analytical and time management skills.
• Action and results driven to ensure the product development strategy is effectively executed and targets and objectives are achieved.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Critical thinking and problem solving - resourceful at achieving objectives/results despite obstacles.
