Marketing Specialist
Pultron is one of New Zealand’s great innovation leaders. We develop and manufacture fibre reinforced polymer ("FRP") composites called pultrusions. We are actively targeting markets where composites offer advantages and are displacing traditionally used materials.
Pultron is an international company, and exports to many countries. We have two manufacturing sites, in Gisborne, New Zealand (www.pultron.com) and Dubai, UAE (www.mateenbar.com).
We need a likeminded person to join our team as a Marketing Specialist to tell the world the huge benefits of using composites so that we can attract new customers who haven’t even heard of us (yet).
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for;
- Re-development and maintenance of our two web-sites to attract new customers.
- Search Engine optimisation so that new customers find us – regardless of whereabouts in the world they are based.
- Establishing where our marketing spend will get ‘best bang for buck’ and developing a marketing campaign.
- Writing case studies and articles promoting Pultron’s products.
- Developing Marketing Materials.
- Working with the CEO & Sales Director to develop content for sales presentations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary Marketing Qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Practical experience of developing and executing a marketing plan, ideally for a B2B business.
- Practical experience of development of web-sites, including SEO.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent writing skills; able to take a few facts from a customer and generate a story for a magazine, web-site or case study.
- Understand how to sell a value proposition.
- An ability to work well in a team environment.
- An ability to manage projects and ensure they keep to deadlines.
- An ability to learn about our products and technology so that you can translate technical information into compelling messages for potential customers.
