About the role
You'll provide support to our Direct Marketing team on various marketing initiatives such as eDM, acquisition, retention and digital advertising activity - ultimately assisting in driving enquiry to our retail brands (Flight Centre & Travel Associates). Some of your main responsibilities include;
- Creating and deploying eDMs as assigned by the Direct Marketing Manager
- Implementing A/B testing & dynamic content
- Providing reports and analysis on eDM activity
- Assisting with direct/digital campaigns as assigned by the Direct Marketing Manager
What you will bring to the role:
- 1-2 years marketing experience
- Experience with eDM platforms such as IBM Marketing Cloud / Salesforce
- Experience in how to brief in creative & an understanding of data segmentation
- A love of data - you are analytical and have strong excel skills
- A proactive approach
- A strong eye for detail and accuracy
- Savvy time management and organisational skills
- Proven experience in customer relations and ability to communicate effectively
- An upbeat attitude and a willingness to learn
