About your new company:

At AB Equipment we sell and provide customer support for some of the world’s most respected Materials Handling and Construction Equipment brands. Along with our sister company NZ Trucks currently operate 24 Workshops across the country. A fantastic opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing and Product programs across the business. 

About your new role:

As a Marketing Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all brand collateral, digital and social programmes, PR materials and events. Reporting to the GM - Marketing and Communications, this is a great opportunity for you to inject real personality into our brands and work for a company that cares about its people and its customers. 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 1-2 years + marketing experience, with a passion and sound understanding of social & digital media
  • Tertiary qualification preferred
  • Attention to detail with well-developed written communication skills
  • Calm, organised, diligent and willing to go above and beyond
  • Some event experience (preferred)
  • Experience in Google analytics and social media analytics (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience (Intermediate)
  • Positive outlook with a real “can do” attitude

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting with creation, management and delivery of content across all social channels
  • Assisting with creation, management and delivery of customer satisfaction surveys
  • Assisting and coordinate company events and promotions
  • Collating data for monthly marketing report
  • Assisting with briefing, proofing & managing delivery of marketing collateral
  • Ensure all brand communications and collateral adhere to brands standards
  • Managing internal communications including the Company Newsletter
  • Coordinating website updates
  • Collating content & update brand guidelines & manuals
  • Supporting the team to deliver top notch customer service
