As a critical member of our team providing strong attention to detail and a real passion for delivery, you will develop and deliver solutions for a variety of on-line projects ranging from immersive websites to mobile apps and games working directly with some great international companies.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- working with internal teams and clients to understand the client’s overall business objectives
- leading the digital and design teams in the delivery of online projects for clients
- Developing project scope documents
- Managing the development process to minimize scope creep and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- creating clear, easy to understand user stories
- Leading or facilitate the presentation of deliverables to clients
- working with the creative, development and account management teams to meet client expectations
- Preparing financial reports and monitor billing activity for projects
We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and organized person who has a ‘get things done’ attitude. You will thrive in a busy environment and have no problem using your initiative when it comes to moving things forward. You will have a strong desire to learn and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Professionalism and a strong work ethic are also essential.
This role also requires someone with outstanding communication and people skills as you work with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborate across digital functions including creative content and technology, to achieve the successful delivery of digital experience initiatives.
Skills and experience:
- Familiarity with Web Development technologies, including CMS (Umbraco a plus), HTML, JavaScript
- Understanding of Web Development ‘best practice’ (accessibility, usability and design)
- 1-2 years’ experience managing web projects (including estimation & project plan development)
- Visual Studio Team a plus
- previous agency/digital experience preferred
- highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
