The Business Development and Marketing team leads, enables and supports the firm's brand activities and helps to secure and retain clients.

We are looking for an energetic, enquiring and confident Marketing Communications Advisor with a passion for writing, and the ability to turn the complex into simple.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, this role is integral to the success of the Marketing and Business Development team - providing day-to-day support and leading key projects across the firm including:

• developing and executing effective marketing campaigns including social media promotion, email marketing and website
• driving internal communications campaigns and delivering the weekly staff enewsletter
• seeking and acting on opportunities to create content with impact to advance the firm's success
• creating promotional material to promote the firm using the Adobe Suite - Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro
• ensuring consistency of branding, internally and externally.
• You will be well organised and able to manage and prioritise a variety of tasks. You will have strong IT skills and affinity for new technology as you will be working with a variety of digital platforms to gain insight and deliver marketing communications.

You will be an effective multi-tasker, a pro-active team member, and someone who enjoys delivering to an exceptional standard.

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, and a proven ability to achieve objectives by working to a plan. An ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once, responding with flexibility and a positive 'can do' attitude is essential.

If you have the following skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualification (preferably in marketing or communications)
• Strong Office and Adobe skills (e.g. Excel, Word, Dynamics, Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro)
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, 'can-do' attitude
• At least 5 years experience in a corporate or professional service environment (an advantage)
